Behavioral Support Built Around the Person

Unlimited Behavior Solutions (UBS) provides values-based, person-centered behavioral services that support teens and adults in building meaningful, self-directed lives.

Care That Puts Outcomes First

We do things differently, deliberately. Rather than chasing volume, billing hours, or one-size-fits-all programming, UBS is built around meaningful, individualized outcomes that improve quality of life at home, school, and in the community.

A Path Built for Real Life

Independence looks different for every person we serve, and that’s the point. We design personalized plans that build functional skills: communication, emotional regulation, decision-making, safety awareness, and adaptive daily living, that generalize across environments.

Who We Support

We primarily serve adolescents and adults, with younger individuals welcomed when clinically appropriate. Our clients often have diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or anxiety, but our work is driven by functional needs and life goals, not labels.

Why Families Choose UBS

Person-Centered, Values-Based Care

Every program reflects the individual's strengths, preferences, culture, and long-term goals, not a standardized template.

Clinical Integrity Over Profitability

We recommend only the services that are necessary and appropriate, guided by what is best for the individual.

Specialized Focus on Teens and Adults

Deep expertise in independence, relationships, boundaries, safety, and community integration for adolescents and adults.

Clear, Flexible Funding Options

UBS operates outside traditional insurance models, preserving the flexibility to recommend what is clinically right. We support Regional Center funding under the Lanterman Act, California’s Self-Determination Program, and private pay.
