Clinical Approach and Curricula

Trusted Curricula

Evidence-based curricula are tools in our kit, not templates that dictate the work. We draw from trusted, evidence-based curricula and established teaching models to inform our clinical practice; however, we are not bound by any single program or rigid scope-and-sequence approach. We utilize these resources as tools, not templates, selecting, adapting, and integrating components based on the individual’s strengths, goals, and real-world needs.

Our team is experienced in identifying what is meaningful and functional for each learner, and we are not hesitant to modify or move beyond traditional curricula when it does not align with the individual’s priorities or life stage. This flexible, thoughtful approach ensures that instruction remains relevant, effective, and focused on building skills that truly matter for independence and quality of life.

Resources and Clinical Influences

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and informed by leaders in the field of behavior analysis and related disciplines. We draw from these resources thoughtfully and flexibly, adapting them to meet the individualized needs of those we serve.
