Our team is built of highly experienced consultants who bring a diverse range of specialties to support the unique needs of each individual and family we serve. Our core team includes Jennifer Styzens, Debbie Waldron, Steve Flores, and Raul Rodrigues, each contributing extensive expertise across clinical, educational, and community-based settings.
Collectively, our team brings over 100 years of combined experience in behavior analysis and intervention. This depth of experience allows us to approach each case with both clinical precision and practical insight, ensuring that strategies are not only effective but also meaningful and sustainable in everyday life.
We operate as a collaborative team, drawing on one another’s strengths and areas of specialization as needed. Jennifer Styzens, M.S., BCBA
Executive Director and Owner
Jennifer Styzens, M.S., BCBA, LBA (Las Vegas, Nevada), is the Executive Director and Owner of Unlimited Behavior Solutions and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 43 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis. Based in Southern California, she provides consultation and intervention services to individuals, families, and schools using a person-centered, values-based approach focused on meaningful, real-world outcomes.
Jennifer has served as an international consultant, supporting families and educational systems in the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and Canada. Within the United States, she has consulted across multiple states, including Tennessee, Maryland, Nevada, Oregon, and Alaska, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized, effective behavioral programs.
She is a recognized presenter at conferences worldwide, sharing expertise in applied behavior analysis, complex behavior intervention, and practical strategies that support long-term independence. Jennifer specializes in working with adolescents and adults, with particular expertise in social skills development, sexuality education and intervention, and the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior. Her work emphasizes building functional communication, adaptive living skills, and meaningful independence across home, school, and community settings.
Debbie Waldron, M.Ed, BCBA
Clinical Director
With over 25 years of experience in the field of education and 15 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Debbie brings extensive knowledge and a compassionate, individualized approach to her work. She has supported individuals across the lifespan, from early intervention through adulthood, with a deep understanding of diverse learning and behavioral needs.
In recent years, Debbie has specialized in working with teens and adults, focusing on building independence and meaningful life skills. Her areas of expertise include independent living skills, socialization, vocational development, and adaptive functioning. She utilizes a flexible, person-centered behavioral approach to support meaningful and lasting change.
Debbie is passionate about helping individuals develop the skills they need to thrive while fostering strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families. Her work is grounded in enhancing quality of life, promoting autonomy, and creating opportunities for success across home, community, and vocational settings.
Raul Rodriguez, M.Ed, CTC
Lead Program Supervisor

Raul Rodriguez has dedicated his career to education, coaching, and supporting children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder across both school and community settings. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Master of Arts in Math Education from California State University, Long Beach and also obtained his Multiple Subject Teaching Credential through the university.
Raul has been serving with Garden Grove Unified School District since 2014 as an educator committed to creating supportive and engaging learning environments for students. Prior to teaching, he worked for eight years as an instructional aide at GGUSD high schools, where he developed extensive experience supporting diverse learners and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams.
A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Raul brings leadership, dedication, and teamwork into every aspect of his professional and personal life. In addition to his educational background, he has an extensive history in athletics and coaching. He coached high school softball and baseball for three years and has coached girls fastpitch softball for more than seven years, helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and teamwork skills both on and off the field.
Since 2007, Raul has worked with children and young adults with Autism, developing experience in behavioral support, skill development, and individualized instruction. He has received specialized training through Autism Partnership and has continued his professional growth through mentorship and training with Jennifer Styzens and Steve Flores. His passion for supporting individuals with autism is rooted in creating meaningful relationships, fostering independence, and helping each individual reach their fullest potential.
Andrew Frisina, M.S., BCBA
Lead BCBA

Andrew Frisina, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience supporting children and families across a range of developmental and mental health needs. He specializes in working with complex and severe challenging behaviors, social skills development, and parent training and coaching.
Andrew takes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach, partnering closely with mental health providers to ensure coordinated, effective care. His clinical style is firm, supportive, and deeply empathetic, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when families feel understood, empowered, and respected.
As a parent of three young children, Andrew brings a practical, real-world perspective to his work, combining professional expertise with firsthand insight into the challenges and realities of parenting. Over the past several years, he has led the development and implementation of a parent coaching program for an online children’s mental health company, helping families build skills, confidence, and lasting change.
Australia Team
For the past 14 years, Jennifer Styzens and Steven Flores of Unlimited Behavior Solutions (UBS) have provided ongoing consultation and training services throughout Gold Coast Australia, collaborating with behavioral teams, service providers, families, and organizations supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Their work focuses on delivering practical, person-centered, and values-based behavioral support that promotes meaningful quality of life outcomes across home, school, vocational, and community settings.
Through their international consultation efforts, Jennifer and Steven provide training and mentorship to behavioral teams in the areas of behavior intervention, social and adaptive skill development, emotional regulation, and complex behavioral support. In addition, they work closely with families by providing parent education, coaching, and ongoing support designed to strengthen consistency, communication, and long-term success across environments.
Through Team Australia, UBS continues to build strong international partnerships focused on compassionate care, clinical excellence, and meaningful outcomes for the individuals and families they serve.
